Powder coating operator wanted in Coles County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Coles County, Illinois. The job is at an automotive components factory. On a typical shift you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
