Tig welder — Guyuk

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tig welder in Guyuk, Adamawa State. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day Your main tasks: • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
