Prep cook wanted in Morgan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Morgan County, Kentucky. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours.
