Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Valley County, Montana. You will be based at a cake shop. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
