Commis chef — Ife North

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Ife North, Osun State. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
