Kitchenhand wanted in Columbia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Columbia County, Oregon. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
