Immediate opening: banksman (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in Baraga County, Michigan. The role involves guide loads through tight openings into their final position; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
