The role involves inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. You should have: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits.
