On a typical shift you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
