Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete worker in Lincoln County, Nevada. You will work on a road and bridge project. Requirements: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet Day-to-day duties: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
