Gantry crane operator — Culberson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Culberson County, Texas. You will set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Understanding of hand and radio signals At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
