Vacancy available: toolroom milling operator (Adamawa State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Mubi North, Adamawa State. You will work at a busy machine shop. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square. 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦75,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
