Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Ethiope East, Delta State. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Clear and reset tables between covers • Check back during the meal and handle special requests At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
