Fabrication workshop technician — Laurens County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Laurens County, South Carolina. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine You will fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame.
