Dispatch packer — Hertfordshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dispatch packer in Hertfordshire, England. Day to day you will inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; check best-before and expiry dates on every box; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; separate rejects and re-pack faulty units; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Previous experience on a packing or production line Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
