Tracked excavator operator — Moore County

Join our team: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Moore County, North Carolina. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. Day-to-day duties: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
