Roofing technician — Washington County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing technician in Washington County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • A good head for heights and steady balance • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Day-to-day duties: • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
