Coating plant operator wanted in Harris County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Harris County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
