Immediate opening: air conditioning installer (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring an air conditioning installer in Schuyler County, Illinois. You will be based at an HVAC contractor's workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Can read electrical and piping schematics Your main tasks: • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit • Commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
