Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Fremont County, Wyoming. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Meals and transport allowance provided.
