Immediate opening: baker (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Staffordshire, England. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 6+ years on the tools preferred.
