Dough maker — Stonewall County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Stonewall County, Texas. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
