Vacancy available: coating plant operator (Florida)

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Santa Rosa County, Florida. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Day to day you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Six days a week, one day off.
