Concrete pump mate — Brooks County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Brooks County, Texas. The job is in a residential housing project. Day-to-day duties: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins Ideal candidate: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods 5+ years on the tools preferred.
