Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in Mora County, New Mexico. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens On a typical shift you will meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
