Powder coater — Delta County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Delta County, Colorado. Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
