Blocklayer • Ona Ara, Oyo State

Join our team: we are hiring a blocklayer in Ona Ara, Oyo State. The job is at a groundworks and structures site. The role involves: • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Full-time with occasional weekends.
