Powder coating operator — Trafford

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Trafford, England. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
