Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality checker in Caldwell Parish, Louisiana. The job is in an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade On a typical shift you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
