Now hiring: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Real County, Texas. You will work on a structural steel site. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings The role involves clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
