Rebar foreman — Alleghany County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Alleghany County, Virginia. You should have: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire On the job you will handle: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
