Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
