Join our team: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Clinton County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Basic grinding and fettling skills Your main tasks: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings 6+ years on the tools preferred.
