Join our team: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Orhionmwon, Edo. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. The role involves assemble column and beam cages on the bench; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules. Requirements: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing 4+ years on the tools preferred.
