Steward — Butte County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Butte County, California. The job is in a catering unit. You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
