Kitchen steward — Aiken County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Aiken County, South Carolina. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
