Now hiring: we are hiring a crane operator in Clay County, Arkansas. You will be based at a road-building project. The role involves grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket. You should have: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
