Roofing foreman — Cecil County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Cecil County, Maryland. Day to day you will solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding. You should have: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
