Horizontal milling machine operator • Cameron County, Pennsylvania

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Cameron County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift Your main tasks: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
