Short order cook — Mineral County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Mineral County, Colorado. On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
