In-process quality controller wanted in Marengo County

Now hiring: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Marengo County, Alabama. Your main tasks: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Part-time with flexible hours.
