Kitchenhand — Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Washington County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils.
