Immediate opening: scullery hand (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Luton, England. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates We offer £2,900 per month plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours.
