Powder coating technician — Bastrop County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Bastrop County, Texas. You will work in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
