Nursery worker • Pendleton County, Kentucky

Now hiring: we are hiring a nursery worker in Pendleton County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades What we are looking for: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting 4+ years on the tools preferred.
