Immediate opening: lift technician (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift technician in Jefferson County, Texas. You will work in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring On a typical shift you will set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
