Dough maker — Antelope County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Antelope County, Nebraska. You will be based at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
