The role involves mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. You should have: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic 3+ years on the tools preferred.
