Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls On a typical shift you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; write and edit G-code programs at the control.
