Immediate opening: we are hiring a sheet metal roofer in Hamilton County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
